WestPac Election Results

The 2019 election has come to a completion and we have our results:

The winners are David and Lee, both winning 62-0. Congrats to both new officers!

A hearty mahalo to Jill Sturgeon for running the election as well as the Nominations and Election committee (Kerry Lohmeier (Chair), Barbara Swatt Engstrom, Anna Blaine, and Annalee Hickman).

Spokane Hotel Information

The local arrangements committee for the Spokane meeting has selected the Historic Davenport as the conference hotel. Attendees can make reservations now.

FYI while planning:

  • the opening reception will be Oct. 10th

  • conference programs will be presented on Oct. 11th and 12th

  • the $149 rate is good (so long as there is availability) from Oct. 7th through Oct. 15th

  • the last day to book at the conference rate will be Sept. 11th

Call for Spokane Meeting Proposals

It’s time to start putting together the program for WestPac’s Annual Meeting in Spokane, Washington this October 10-13. More information, including options to reserve your room at the Historic Davenport Hotel, are available on the WestPac website

The WestPac Education Committee is looking for program proposals and ideas. Do you have expertise you’re willing to share? Is there something you’d like to learn or someone you’d like to hear from? Please send me your ideas and proposals by April 15th.
